  1. Product Application:

  This specification is dedicated to medical nebulization therapy equipment. Its working principle is based on the PZT piezoelectric effect. The diaphragm is precisely drilled with micro-holes of 2 to 3 microns in diameter using high-precision laser drilling technology. Under the excitation of the electric field generated by the driving PCBA, the stainless steel diaphragm triggers high-frequency resonance, causing it to vibrate. This vibration atomizes the liquid medicine into aerosol particles ranging from 1 to 3.1 microns. These particles directly act on the lower respiratory tract or alveolar surface for deposition, achieving the purpose of treating asthma and respiratory diseases.

  VI. Precautions

  Thank you for choosing our atomizing chip. To safeguard your company's interests, please ensure you carefully read the product precautions and the technical acknowledgment letter for the atomizing chip signed with your company, and keep them properly as proof for future services.

  1. This product is strictly prohibited from being used in dry burning mode, and it is also prohibited from being used with an overpower of more than 1.5W. However, using it with less than 1W is also not suitable for atomization, as it may cause water accumulation during atomization.

  2. In the structural design, the atomizing plate should be installed firmly and flatly. It is recommended to use food-grade silicone rubber rings with a hardness of 30~35 degrees for waterproofing.

  3. Pressing is strictly prohibited within the area with a diameter of 14mm, otherwise it will affect the output of atomization volume and the sensory effect during atomization.

  4. The connecting wire of the atomizing plate cannot be re-welded, otherwise it may cause damage to the atomizing plate;

  5. The atomizing plate contains ceramic material, so avoid applying heavy pressure or subjecting it to strong vibrations or impacts.

  6. It is strictly prohibited to use sharp or hard objects to scratch or prick the atomizing area of the steel sheet. Otherwise, the effect of the atomizing sheet may be altered or it may be directly damaged.
