1. Product Application / Apply:
This specification is tailored specifically for medical nebulization therapy equipment, with its core working principle relying on the PZT piezoelectric effect. The stainless steel diaphragm utilizes high-precision laser drilling technology, with the diameter of the micropores precisely controlled within the range of 3±0.5μm;
Under the excitation of the electric field generated by driving the PCBA, the piezoelectric sheet produces high-frequency resonance and transfers it to the stainless steel diaphragm, prompting the stainless steel diaphragm to vibrate at high speed and squeeze the liquid medicine, atomizing it into aerosol particles with a diameter of <5μm. These particles can directly reach the lower respiratory tract and settle on the surface of the alveoli, thereby achieving the treatment of respiratory diseases such as cough, asthma, and COPD

Note: When the atomized particles are less than 5um, a high power and peak-to-peak voltage are not required. A power of 1.0~1.2W is sufficient. When the particles are less than 3.5um and a large amount of mist is required, it is recommended to adjust the power to 1.5W. The specific requirements should be considered, and the risk of atomizing plate cracking caused by high power or instantaneous high current anomalies should be carefully taken into account.

The number of holes in this specification is 1200±300 (the specific number of holes needs to be determined comprehensively based on the actual power, expected speed, and particle requirements of the customer's PCB, and adjusted according to the spray requirements of different liquid types. It will also be further adjusted based on factors such as the clamping force of the customer's fixture, temperature differences in various countries, and other factors).

V. Testing methods
5.1 Test Environment: 23±5℃, 40 ~ 70%RH
5.2 Test Instrument:
4.2.1 Tsinghua University Impedance Analyzer PV70A: testing electrical properties such as frequency, impedance, capacitance, etc
4.2.2 Median diameter particle analyzer (for detecting median mass airborne diameter (MMAD) of atomized particles): WN-311XP
4.2.3 Atomization volume test bench: Customized atomization volume testing equipment, including electronic weighing.
VI. Precautions
Thank you for choosing our atomizing plate. To safeguard your company's interests, please read the product precautions carefully and sign the Technical Acknowledgment for the atomizing plate product with us. Kindly retain it as proof for future services.
1. This product is strictly prohibited for dry burning and usage exceeding 1.5W of power. However, usage below 1W is also not suitable for atomization, as it may cause water accumulation during atomization.
In the structural design, the atomizing plate should be installed firmly and flatly. It is recommended to use a food-grade waterproof silicone ring with a hardness of 30~35 degrees.
3. It is strictly prohibited to press within the area with a diameter of 14mm, otherwise it will affect the output of atomization volume and the sensory effect during atomization.
4. The connecting wire of the atomizing plate cannot be re-welded, otherwise it may cause damage to the atomizing plate;
5. The atomizing plate contains ceramic material, so avoid applying heavy pressure or subjecting it to strong vibrations or impacts.
6. It is strictly prohibited to scratch or prick the steel atomizing plate with sharp or hard objects in the atomizing area. Otherwise, the effect of the atomizing plate may be altered or it may be directly damaged.
