1. Working principle of the product:

　　The working principle of this atomizing plate is determined by the unique piezoelectric properties of piezoelectric ceramics. Upon receiving a matching electric field signal excitation, the atomizing plate generates a resonant oscillation frequency of 1.7 MHz. Through high-frequency vibration, it cavitates and ejects liquid particles off the water surface, producing a floating mist of water droplets. The atomization generates a large amount of negative ions and small molecular particles, which can increase environmental humidity and freshen the air. The surface of the atomizing plate is coated with a glass glaze that has been baked at 800 degrees Celsius to protect the silver electrodes of the piezoelectric plate, enhance the acid and alkali resistance and oxidation resistance of the atomizing plate, and prolong its service life. The atomizing plate is mainly used in industrial humidification, medical atomization, aromatherapy atomization, environmental humidification, and garden fogging scenarios.

　　5.1. Dry burning of this product is strictly prohibited;

　　5.2 In the structural design, the atomizing plate should be installed firmly and flat. The silicone ring is assumed to be 30-degree silicone;

　　5.3. It is strictly prohibited to press the ceramic chip to the point where it cannot vibrate, otherwise it will affect the output of atomization volume and the sensory effect during atomization;

　　5.4. The connecting wire of the atomizing plate cannot be re-welded, otherwise it may cause damage to the atomizing plate;

　　5.5. The atomizing plate is made of fragile ceramic material. Avoid applying heavy pressure, do not use sharp or hard objects to scratch it, and prevent strong vibrations or impacts on the ceramic plate;

　　5.6. Clean the glazed surface regularly, as excessive water scale can affect the atomization quantity and effect;

　　5.7 All materials, including wires, solder wires, rubber rings, etc., must comply with environmental protection requirements, and the lead content in piezoelectric ceramics is exempted by the European Union.
